The Brief

The Steel Gallery, a longstanding multi-service client of OCPR, approached us to build a new, user-friendly ecommerce website on WordPress/WooCommerce. After experiencing initial success with their old Shopify site, they sought a more robust platform to support their growing product range and enhance user experience. Broad Product Range: Managing over 10 categories and 5000 product variations required meticulous organisation and bespoke functionality for custom orders and trade orders.

Seamless Transition: Ensuring a smooth migration from Shopify to WooCommerce without downtime was crucial. We needed to maintain SEO integrity and ensure continued strong performance of email, social, and PPC campaigns.

SEO and Campaign Continuity: Our team ensured that the transition from Shopify to WooCommerce did not impact SEO performance. We maintained strong performance for email, social, and PPC campaigns immediately after the switch.
