The Brief

AIA Vitality Hub is a unique health and wellness space designed to elevate wellbeing through the provision of free health and wellness classes. Located at Hong Kong’s iconic Central Harbourfront, the Hub aims to give back to the community through specially-curated activities. AIA Vitality Hub engaged OCPR to enhance their social media presence through strategic content creation. Our task was to develop a monthly social calendar, create engaging short-form video content, and provide ongoing consultation and in-depth reporting to drive engagement and increase their reach and following.

THE CHALLENGES

Time Zone Coordination: Working with a client based in Hong Kong presents time zone challenges, requiring efficient communication and turnaround times for content delivery and feedback.

Dual Language Content: Creating content that resonates with a dual-language audience (Cantonese and English) requires careful planning and collaboration with the AIA Vitality Hub team to ensure linguistic and cultural relevance.

High-Quality Content Capture: Ensuring the briefs for content capture are clear and meet the high standards necessary for creating excellent end content was crucial. This involved close collaboration with the AIA Vitality Hub team to maintain quality and consistency.

THE WORK

Monthly Social Calendar: We develop a comprehensive monthly social calendar for AIA Vitality Hub, complete with captions, content ideas, and briefs for content capture. This structured approach ensures a consistent flow of engaging content tailored to their audience.

Video Content Creation: Utilising video content supplied by AIA Vitality Hub, we create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels. Our focus is on crafting visually appealing and informative videos that resonate with their audience.

Consultation and Strategy: We provide ongoing consultation and strategic insights to continuously improve engagement, increase reach, and grow the following. Our in-depth reporting offers valuable data and recommendations for optimising content performance.

Effective Collaboration: Despite the time zone differences, we maintained effective communication with the AIA Vitality Hub team. This included clear and concise briefs for content capture and timely feedback on content drafts to ensure high-quality output.

Dual Language Approach: Working closely with the AIA Vitality Hub team, we developed content strategies that catered to both Cantonese and English-speaking audiences. This approach helped broaden the reach and engagement of their social media content.

Follower Growth: AIA Vitality Hub saw a 456.4% increase in followers, reflecting the success of our content strategies and engagement efforts.

Increased Organic Reach: Organic reach has increased by 697.4%, demonstrating the effectiveness of our content in attracting and engaging the target audience.

Higher Engagement: Comments on AIA Vitality Hub’s social media posts have increased by 644.4%, indicating stronger interaction and community engagement.
